Pressure washer rentals — bookings, engine hours and revenue, shared across the counter
Blue = reserved, amber = out, red = past due, grey = returned. Tap a booking to open it.
Weekend rate covers a Friday-to-Monday turn; quantity counts one weekend per four days out. Charge means billed to the customer's Karmak account, so it stays in open balance until paid. Revenue is counted on the pickup date of each rental. Billed = rate × quantity plus extras less discount. Collected = what you have entered as paid.
Every action is stamped with the signed-in user and kept permanently, including deletions. Returned rentals stay in the Rentals tab under the Returned filter — nothing is purged.
